Powidoki is Unsound Collective's debut album. The work is based on improvisations made on cinematographic themes, attempting to recreate soundtracks for moments of different intensities. Played live in the studio it captures dynamics and sounds with no edits to the structure, the whole album has been recorded as a complete take with no gaps between songs.
Powidoki is a reference to the concept of afterimage, an image that continues to appear in one's vision after the exposure to the original image has ceased.
